You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
